We aim to ensure customer satisfaction. Refund requests are governed by the following conditions:

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the course has been completed.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • After 7 days or if more than 20% of the course is completed, no refunds will be issued.
