Self-Paced Courses: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the course has not been accessed or less than 10% of the course has been completed.
Live Classes/Workshops: Refunds are available if a cancellation request is submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
Subscription Plans: Refunds are not provided for partially used subscription periods. You can cancel your subscription, and no further payments will be charged.
The service was not delivered as described.
Technical issues, confirmed to be on our side, prevented access to the purchased service.
